Ello! My name is Lisa Sargent. I am a transdisciplinary strategist, dream architect, systems disruptor, performance artist, and founder of Liminal Spaces Lab.
With over 15 years of experience in narrative development and 8 years deeply embedded within advocacy, community organizing, and research and evaluation spaces, I work at the intersection of social equity and collective power shifting. My steadfast and unwavering commitment to human rights propels me to channel my efforts into building bridges across sectors, issue areas and cultures in order to co-create more holistic responses to today’s complex social ills.
I have and continue to collaborate with community members, grassroots organizations, nonprofits, government officials, and philanthropy to dream, (re)create, and evaluate community-centered strategy and long-term equity initiatives that remain responsive to the changing needs of those directly affected by our current systems.
As a future ancestor, I envision a world where each of us has the courage and support we need to live bold, soul-aligned lives. In my personal time, you can usually find me at comedy shows, dancing with reckless abandon, camping, searching for fresh guayaba jam, and traveling to new places (both literally and metaphorically).
